Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Trai Tools, a business operations workspace provided by Trai Agency.
Effective and last updated: August 27, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Trai Tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Trai Tools helps users organize clients, projects, milestones, invoices, expenses, payment records, receipts, and related activity. The service records financial and operational information supplied by users. It is not a bank, payment processor, accounting firm, tax adviser, or legal adviser, and it does not move or hold funds.
3. Accounts and workspace access
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for granting appropriate workspace access to team members. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Trai Agency the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to operate and support Trai Tools. You are responsible for having permission to enter personal, client, and financial information and for the accuracy of records, invoices, receipts, and payment statuses.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Trai Tools to violate law or another person’s rights; submit malicious code; gain unauthorized access; disrupt or overload the service; impersonate others; send unlawful or deceptive communications; reverse engineer the service except where law permits; or use the service to facilitate fraud or prohibited transactions.
6. Third-party services
Features may rely on third parties such as Google for optional sign-in and Resend for transactional email. Their services are governed by their own terms. Trai Agency is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. We may update these terms and will post the revised date; material changes may also be communicated in the service or by email.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Trai Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Trai Agency and your use of the service, without overriding mandatory rights available to you. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute informally.
