4. Legal grounds
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our agreement with you, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, comply with law, and act on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing where it is the applicable basis.
5. How information is shared
Information may be shared with members of your workspace according to their access; with clients through links or documents that authorized users choose to send; with service providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, and email delivery; and with authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity. We do not sell personal information.
6. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We may retain limited backups or records after account closure where law or legitimate operational needs require it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to complain to a data protection authority. Some requests may be handled by the organization that controls your workspace. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
